November/December Training Dates
Friday 11/28 – 9am-12 North Rockland High School – this is an 8 way Varsity Girls scrimmage, we will use one gym for 2 person training and the other for 3 person training.
Saturday 12//6 – 12:30pm-4:30pm Pearl River High School
12:30-2:30 there will be Varsity girls (3 person training in the Front gym) and JV Girls (2 person training in the back gym.
2:30-4:30 there will be Varsity boys (3 person training in the Front gym) and JV Boys (2 person training in the back gym.
